We're happy with the people that we have coming from Home Instead and they're doing their job. We are satisfied with the service we're getting. We need to fine tune it a little bit more to meet our needs and I think they have the capability to do that for us. The caregiver comes in on a 5-day basis during a 4-hour period each day for my brother. The schedule is relatively effective and if you get a last minute cancellation, they do their best to give you the coverage that you need. We haven't had any major problems with that either.
