The newly renovated Holiday Quail Run Estates is a pet-friendly, independent senior living community located in Agawam, Massachusetts, just minutes from scenic Robinson State Park.

Quail Run Estates features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as separate villas. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, walk-in shower, basic cable TV and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Covered parking is available.

Community grounds are well-maintained and feature walking paths, a garden and a patio area. Indoor common spaces are designed to foster engagement and include a resident kitchen, fitness equipment, community fireplace and activity room.
