Indoors, our library hosts a wide selection of reading material, and is a great place to relax with a favorite novel.

We offer a range of comfortable apartments in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each comes standard with an individually controlled thermostat, private bathroom and emergency call system for added peace of mind. We are a pet-friendly community, so residents are encouraged to bring along their small dog or cat.

Available Services

As a standard selection of services we provide all residents, apartments at The Village at Mariner's Point receive weekly housekeeping and linen services. Trash removal is also provided daily for all residences. To make life just a little bit easier, we offer scheduled transportation services for personal appointments and to area destinations.

Residents in need of assisted living or memory care services at our community receive assistance that is individually tailored to meet their preferences and needs. Seniors facing the daily challenge of Alzheimer's or dementia take part in our specially designed Harbor Program.
