Casey's Pond is a continuing care retirement community owned by Colorado Senior Residence, a 501(c)3. Our community was conceived by the Yampa Valley Medical Center, and our mission is "to be a thriving community that enriches quality of life."

A selection of apartments are offered here, and you will easily find a floor plan to meet your desired lifestyle. The Veranda features one- or two-bedroom villas which have a gourmet kitchen and washer/dryer, along with a Juliet balcony or fireplace. The Grove and Harbor feature private, spacious suites with a kitchenette and views of the scenic grounds.   

At Casey's Pond, your new home doesn't just include your apartment; you also have access to the entire community. There is a full-service salon, outdoor cafés, a business center and many other common areas. Our activity program is filled with outings and engaging activities that you will wonder how to fit all the fun in. 

Available Services

We want our residents to enjoy their retirement as much as possible, and we take every step to ensure this. All apartments receive weekly housekeeping services. In addition, all residents have access to complimentary scheduled transportation services for area destinations. We offer full-service dining options so you don't have to worry about cooking. Our residents especially love our full Champagne Brunch buffet served on Sunday.

As a continuing care community, we offer a variety of additional services are available around-the-clock for residents who need an extra helping hand. These might include assistance with dressing, ambulation, personal hygiene, medication management and other activities of daily living. Services are always adjusted to meet the preferences and needs of each resident. The Harbor provided memory care in a secured neighborhood, while skilled nursing services are available at the Doak Walker House.
