Crossroads at Lakewood welcomes residents into a beautiful Craftsman-style building with large windows, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of amenities to care for your loved one. Residents can stay in a private studio apartment or share an apartment with a roommate.
The space is designed specifically for those with dementia, and residents will be allowed to explore the community safely. We also have a specialized memory care program called "In the Moment," which focuses on physical engagement, spiritual support, artistic expression, community connections, continuing education, and lifestyle and leisure.

Respite care: $250 per day
Our community provides an option for those needing memory support services. You may consider using respite services for family vacations, caregiver unavailability, or trial stays. Daily fees for respite care are collected in advance and range from 14-30 days.
