Our Wabash house is located in the Willow Creek neighborhood at County Line and Yosemite. This lovely single family home has 5 private bedrooms and has a beautiful backyard. This home specializes in caring for people with various stages of memory loss. We offer weekly activities such as music, art; games and our residents love to go on outings in the van. We offer assistance with meals, bathing, dressing, and medication management. A nurse is on call if needed. This is a wonderful option for care for your loved one.
