Numerous accommodation options are available at our community, and include floor plans in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. Independent living apartments feature full kitchens, walk-in closets, crown molding, and a washer and dryer in each unit. Our assisted living accommodations are equally as comfortable and come standard with kitchenettes, private baths, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems. The memory care suites are available in a private or companion option.

The delicious dishes served each day here at The Palisades at Broadmoor Park are meticulously planned and prepared by our Executive Chef, Certified Dietary Manager and dining staff. Meals can be enjoyed in our restaurant-style dining room, while a warm beverage or snack can be picked up at The Cucharas Café.

As a part of the regular services we perform for all residents of our community, accommodations receive weekly linen changes and housekeeping. Our flexible scheduled transportation program helps seniors get to personal appointments, and there are planned trips each week to local shopping destinations.

Our on-site staff nurses oversee residents&#39; medical needs and help coordinate services with each senior&#39;s primary physician. Whenever needed, staff members are available to help with personal hygiene, medication management, dressing, ambulation and other activities of daily living. In our Connections for Living Memory Care Neighborhood, families only pay for the care their loved one requires and receives. Our Memory Care neighborhood includes Inspiration Stations and Baskets for our residents to enjoy and help them reconnect with purpose-driven activities that have been an important part of their lives. We write a personal plan for each resident, and our care levels allow for enough flexibility so the size of our care team is based on the specific needs of the residents at any given time.
