I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother-in-law is at Sunrise of University Park. She's been there two months and doing pretty good. They're really caring. Her room is clean, spacious, bright, and light. They have exercise class every day and manicures. The food is really good. They have a lot of activities, like a baking club, scripture, and seated dancing. It's expensive. They have a piano, reading room, little snack bar and an outdoor grill barbecue area. She has dementia, but she's happy as she can be.
