My father was in Sunrise at Flatirons. It was pretty good, but they lied to us when they said he could use the gym. He had to have someone with him when he used the gym. They were really nice and it was a beautiful facility, but the con was we ended up having to pay for someone to be with my dad -- almost like a babysitter -- during his last week. It was really stressful and they did not really help us out. They told us he had to leave because they did not want to move him into memory care, which I respected. However, they werent helpful at all, and it was really disappointing.

Broomfield Skilled Nursing was nice, and we didn't have any complaints at all. My mom said the food wasn't anything great, but it was acceptable. She had a good room to herself. They did a lot of rehab, bingo, and cards. They had a dining room where they all encouraged the residents to eat every day.

We really like Sunrise at FlatIrons. It has both independent and assisted living. Once the parents are not able to continue with independent living, we only have to move across the hall to the assisted living part. They have rooms where you can do activities and a full range of activities available. The independent living spaces have one-bedrooms or two-bedrooms with living area. The assisted living spaces are like studios where you have two rooms joined by a hall. They also have a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a microwave.

Everybody at Sunrise at FlatIrons was very nice. The facility was extremely nice as well. They showed me what they had available at the time. They had all the options for furnished rooms or unfurnished ones. The staff member who showed me around was very nice and answered any questions that I had. It was just very expensive.

Highland Trail was very nice. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and very easy to move in. The dining area was very nicely set up and pretty; it's a place where I would be very happy to eat. They had a very nice common area, and there were people in the waiting room getting ready, sitting, and visiting. There was a piano in there, too. They had a library and another big room where they could play games or have meetings.

Sunrise at FlatIrons was very nice. The independent living area was beautiful. The rooms were not that large at 950 square feet. They looked beautiful and had garages available, but you would pay extra for those. The food was delicious, and they had a beautiful dining room. The people were very friendly.

The staff at Highland Trail, facilities and amenities were very nice. The rooms were nice but pretty small. They had lots of activities. The day was pretty full. They had exercise, yoga, board games, and clubs. We saw the menu, but we were not there at a mealtime. The facility was very clean. It just was not what we were looking for.

Sunrise at FlatIrons was very nice and it was fairly new. They had a lot of good activities for the residents. It was a beautiful place. There were 4 or 5 levels including memory care, assisted living andindependent. It’s a pretty good-sized place. They have a physical therapy room and a huge nice dining room.

My mother is in Highland Trail. It has a very homey feel and is very family oriented. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very willing to help out with anything you need them to do during the course of the day. The food is good. They have a lot of musical people come in, plus have arts and crafts, games, and puzzles.
