The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. They are being diligent and professional in dealing with the Covid restrictions. I am happy to have mom at this facility.

Golden Oaks was a new and modern place. It was clean and kept up nice. They had different areas to accommodate different types of interests. They provided a lot of activities for their residents. Their dining facility was very nice, clean, and neat. They also offered a variety of food. The people were friendly and gave me a good impression.

My mom was at Golden Oaks. It was a wonderful place, but wasn't designed for assisted living. They were taking in clients who really needed assisted living and it was becoming uncomfortable for my mom. They have lots of activities of all different kinds for different interests, and they set up areas of activities for people to participate in like puzzles, games, and TV-watching. The food for the amount of people they're serving was good. The only drawback was the time it took them to serve, because sometimes they'd sit in their chair for over a half hour to 45 minutes before they actually got their entrée. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even though Mom wasn't in assisted living, they'd always drop by to check on her.
