They get the independence and freedom of choice to live life on their own terms, with the support of caring personal assistance whenever desired.
Ivy Park at Woodland Hills is part of the family of communities managed by Oakmont Senior Living. Founded by Paul and Terry Klaassen in 1981, they started with a simple vision - to create senior living that champions quality of life for all seniors.

Ivy Park at Woodland Hills offers a selection of floor plans for our well-appointed private and companion suites, complete with full baths and emergency call systems. Our community offers specially designed surroundings that are safe and stimulating to residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.
Residents can socialize with friends, play games, read a good book or the daily newspaper in our familiar, homelike living areas, or grab a snack anytime in our 24-hour bistro. We offer many inviting and safe outdoor areas to stroll among the gazebos and flower gardens, or visit with neighbors on our friendly country porches.
Available Services
Daily assistance with dressing, medication management and other tasks is available 24 hours from our highly trained staff, and all care services are tailored to the individual residents' preferences and needs.
Weekly housekeeping and linen service are provided, and transportation can be arranged for group outings, errands and appointments.
We offer a unique selection of engaging and stimulating activities for all residents, and our Alzheimer's care programs effectively engage residents in activities that enhance their independence.

It is for people with far greater needs than I have. It was pleasant, but it's not for me. They have activities that seemed appropriate for those who were living there. We saw a studio and a bedroom. The staff was helpful and informative.
