Our Mediterranean-style building showcases a split-level design that compliments the surrounding hillside and features unobstructed views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Our community features a variety of outdoor spaces, including a ground-level courtyard, dining patio, outdoor exercise garden and a generous covered balcony on the second floor.

At Belmont Village Thousand Oaks, the health and well-being of our residents it our top concern, which is why we require all staff members to complete at least 40 hours of specialized industry training designed to foster empathy for the elderly while covering job skills, safety, hospitality, communication, and personal and business values.

A licensed nurse is on duty 24/7 to oversee care plans, administer medications and monitor any health concerns while our Personal Assistance Liaisons (PALs) provide respectful and compassionate, one-on-one help with activities of daily living. Employees who work with Alzheimer's residents receive additional training to help them implement our signature Person-Centered Living^® and Circle of Friends^® programs.
