Located within Oakmont Village, one of the premier active senior living communities in California, Oakmont Gardens is an elegant and gracious senior living community offering Independent and Assisted Living accommodations and services. Situated in a breathtaking setting just an hour north of San Francisco and at the gateway to Sonoma County's incomparable wine country.
Oakmont Gardens is one-of-a-kind and we mean it. We opened our doors and began welcoming residents in 1986; and to this day we have our original owners. Our Community is unique in building design and wine country culture, with no comparable location anywhere! Our hand-chosen team was selected and developed with your comfort and safety in mind.
Featured Amenities
We offer a variety of floor plans for our private one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which boast private patios or balconies, walk-in showers, kitchenettes and emergency response systems that are monitored around the clock by our attentive staff.
Three daily meals are served restaurant-style in our elegant, light-filled dining room. Residents can choose from a rotating menu of specials or a full alternative menu. Dishes are prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients with our residents' tastes in mind.
Residents of Oakmont Gardens receive complimentary membership in the Oakmont Village Association with access to three swimming pools, spas, fitness center, tennis and lawn bowling right across the street from our property. Two 18-hole Golf Courses are available by Membership or daily fees.
Available Services
The comfort and satisfaction of our residents is our top priority, which is why our Concierge is available 24 hours a day to attend to every individual need and desire. Housekeeping, linen and laundry services are provided once a week.
Scheduled transportation to nearby shopping centers and personal doctor's appointments is available to make sure residents are staying healthy and happy. Our on-site beauty salon and barber shop keeps folks looking their best.
For seniors who need extra support, our caring Assisted Living team is available at any time to provide personalized, in-home assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing and management of prescription medication.
