The Patrician is built around two tranquil courtyards featuring numerous trees, flowers and cafe-style tables perfect for a relaxing outdoor meal. Also contained within the privacy of our community courtyards is a poolside garden where residents are welcome to grow herbs or vegetables. A computer center with Internet access is available for use, and our library is stocked with both modern and classic reading material. Take advantage of the opportunity and join in one of our many community events or activities, some of which include fitness classes, educational courses, trips and outings. The billiards room is a great place to enjoy a game of pool or share a few hands of cards with friends, then enjoy a meal in our full-services formal dining room.

Available Services

All of our spacious residences receive weekly housekeeping and linen services, as well as routine home maintenance. Scheduled transportation is available for use, and is an easy way to run errands, go shopping or reach medical appointments. Our resident parking area is well lit, covered and secured around the clock. For convenience, we offer both salon and barber services on site. In case of an emergency, staff members are available to provide assistance twenty-four hours a day.
