Home Care First is a remarkable location to place your loved one! My aunt needed some help as she starting to have signs of dementia and I wanted to place her in a great location. The caregivers were amazing in how they treated her! They showed her so much attention and made her feel right at home. They tendered to her every need and went beyond what was needed. They made sure her needs were always meet and she told me that she loved being here. I would highly recommend this location as a fantastic place for your loved one.

My parent was there for a while and was treated shabbily. I was shocked at how rude several of the staff were to me and to him. They also messed up my parent’s medications. They seem way more interested in making money than in anything else. Avoid this place if you want your loved one to get good care!

Another big milestone for our family! Mom has moved into a delightful little care center in Joshua Tree. This is the same place that dad was in and we can\'t say enough about how amazing the care has been. Mom is happy, safe, and well cared for. Crystal Care Villa Elder Care is highly recommended!

My dad has moved into Brookdale North Euclid. He likes it there. They're friendly. He is very comfortable, he is able to move in all his things, and he is satisfied. I haven't had a chance to be there to really compare it to others, but since my dad is pretty comfortable, I don't have any complaints. I definitely would go ahead and give it the highest rating. I just don't have anything to compare it to. My dad loves the food. He hasn't mentioned any activities. I don't think he has been involved in any yet because he is still waiting for the quarantine period. They have a small courtyard outside where they do barbecue, and it is clean. The staff members are very friendly and very helpful. The facility seems very well maintained.
