Dear Nestor, We want to convey our appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the truly outstanding care you provided for our mother, Marilyn. Your care and compassion were truly amazing! Our mother required a very high level of care due to her very poor health and you and your team were so very attentive, and worked so very hard to ensure all of her needs were attended to! Our mother and we felt you were \"Family\" and she felt the mutual affection that you and the team had with her! There is no level of care that is more than Family commitment to a loved one and that was the level of care you provided. Because of you, JRBella home is so very special... We will never forget that evening towards the end that you came back to check on Mom, and as very weak as she was, she perked up when you whispered in her ear as you did so often.... When she blew you kisses we all began to cry at the mutual affection being shared.. Moms\' care needs were endless and you and the team worked round the clock to ensure they were met. And the positive feelings while working so tirelessly were truly felt by Mom. Mom repeatedly said, \"I am so lucky and appreciative to be at JRBELLA home and the staff is amazing!\" We highly recommend JRBella Home to everyone!
