The Hampshire was very good. They had everything. However, they didn't have a gym or a pool as part of their system. You would have to go to a third party place down the street to get to the gym and the pool. Also, they wouldn't let my dog in. Those two issues killed it for me. The food was excellent. They have a library, they have some exercise equipment, they have very good food, and they're very nice people. The sales manager was extremely good. She kept trying to get me to come down there six months after I visited.

We love The Hampshire, but they couldn't deal with my father-in-law's wandering and dementia. It's more for people who are more mobile and able to care for themselves. It's a very nice community, I wish we could have put him there. If it would get to a point where I couldn't take care of myself, I would go to The Hampshire. The price was very reasonable, but they didn't have a locked facility.

Pacifica Senior Living Merced is an absolutely beautiful place. It's clean and immaculate, and I wouldn't mind being there. It's just really expensive because of my father-in-law's issues, it would have been too costly for him. It's gorgeous and very upscale.

I visited the Hampshire, and its absolutely beautiful. The staff was just amazing, knowledgeable, and polite. The main thing I really like is the interaction between the residents and the staff, theyre caring, honest, but they want them to be functional, and independent people. Its clean, its just amazing, and I want to live there. We saw an efficiency, it was clean, very nice, and well laid out. It was perfect.

The Hampshire is a nice place. My mother has been there for a couple of years now. The food is pretty good. I was there for Christmas dinner, and they had prime rib that was almost raw, but other than that, everything else is pretty decent. They do all kinds of activities there, which she does all the time. She likes it there so much. It's a very nice facility, and they seem to take care of everybody. The staff is nice and very friendly.
