Paradise Gardens Manor Memory Care

Rose Garden is located in Mentone, California, and we are a 63-bed secured community that caters to seniors with memory loss. Our community provides a basic level of care at no additional cost, and this care consists of monitoring for changes in condition, prompting, a wellness and activity program, scheduling appointments as needed for health care providers, showering twice a week, grooming and personal hygiene, one load of laundry a week and basic medication management.

We do offer two additional levels of care at an additional cost. Level one care consists of stand-by assist, cueing/direct assistance, one additional shower per week (as needed), one-person assistance with transferring, escorts to meals and activities, increased behavior interventions and incontinent care. Level two care includes two-person assist with grooming and transferring, additional laundry, additional grooming and dressing, as well as redirection for increased behavior management. Our community does offer diabetic care including insulin management and blood sugar testing.
