Garden Crest Assisted Living Facility

Garden Crest Rehabilitation Center is located in a residential neighborhood in the Silver Lake section of Los Angeles. We provide short- and long-term care and rehabilitation for seniors. We are most proud of our in-house therapy services which include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our highly integrated team takes into account that health is a state of complete physical, emotional and psychological well-being. We customize each resident's treatment plan so that at the end of their stay, we can easily transition them into the care of their family. The adjacent assisted living facility is available as a transitional step after the resident's rehabilitation/medical course of treatment, if a resident requests additional time to gain strength prior to returning home. We have 24/7 RN supervision and no minimum length of stay.
