The staff are wonderful and care about my Mom. The Management are friendly, helpful, and professional. The food is fabulous and my sweet Mom is always happy when I call her. She has been safe in this pandemic because the main head lady who is the boss really has done a good job making sure all the staff have the right training and they are constantly cleaning. I think this place is worth more than 5 stars they are angels.

Prestige Assisted Living at Lancaster was nice. I really liked it. They seemed to have a lot of activities for seniors and progressive care, which was nice. When I was there, people were eating and dining. The overall impression I got was they were quite satisfied with the community. It was more of a community than people isolated by themselves. They're often having conversations. They gave me the opportunity to come in for a meal, which I haven't done yet.

We were impressed with Prestige Assisted Living at Lancaster. Dad liked the way it was laid out, and the size of the rooms. He was impressed with the dining room and the walker/wheelchair accessibility of the place. The staff was great, too.

The person at Prestige Assisted Living at Lancaster was super informative, really nice, and knew a lot about Alzheimer's and how to take care of the residents. He was very helpful to us. They were really expensive, but well worth it.

I visited Prestige. They had a nice setup, it was one of the nice ones, but it's expensive. The people seemed very attentive. The rooms had TV, a little locker, and you could bring your own furniture. It's just homelier.
