Welcome to modern aging at The Windham! We're a senior living community in Fresno, CA, that marches to a different beat. Here, you'll be able to pursue your passions in a supportive and caring environment designed to bring out the very best in you. Plus, you're just minutes from Woodward Park one of Fresno's most walkable places.
In independent living, choose from studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment homes and standalone cottages to fit your unique lifestyle. All floor plans include full-sized kitchens with a refrigerator and microwave. Each apartment has its own large patio or balcony.
In assisted living, chose from studio and one-bedroom apartments. Enjoy three meals a day per person in a restaurant-style environment, housekeeping services and scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments. Additional amenities include Fitness center and a variety of classes, Planned social outings, Extended basic cable and utilities. They also include a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, Private outdoor patio or balcony, and Personalized service plan.

The staff is (mostly) caring, helpful and knowledgeable about most issues including technical support. Apartments that face on the street are noisy because windows aren’t double-paned. Follow-through with maintenance staff is poor. Requests can go unanswered for weeks. Food quality is hit and miss. Often served cold. Meat and fish often tough, dry. Rent increases every year.
