Person Centered Care:

Frequent and routine observation, care, and supervision. Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal needs; room cleaning and personal laundry including towels and fresh linens are provided weekly or more often as needed thru our customized and tailored options for River Bluffs residents.

Security and Supervision:

River Bluffs MCC provides a secured environment showcasing state-of-the-art technology allowing our residents to notify community staff whenever help is needed promoting the safety of our residents; in addition, our community utilizes delayed egress and real-time GPS technology to promote the safety of our residents.

Wellness Program:

Our carefully selected and expertly trained wellness staff have established relationships with various medical partners in care; including local concierge physician groups, pharmacies, and Hospice/Home Health agencies, medication management, and assistance with the activities of daily living to support the health and well being of our residents.

Fine Dining:

Our experienced culinary team creations are locally sourced and inspired to provide a well-balanced and cultured menu. Residents at River Bluffs MCC enjoy three handcrafted meals daily with in-between-meal snacks.

Life Enrichment Program:

Our personalized and innovative Life Enrichment program promotes the health and well-being of our residents by incorporating moments of joy, independence, and wellness through our balanced fitness and musical memories programs. The River Bluffs Life Enrichment Team is engaged in life enrichment programming seven days a week ensuring our residents are provided with quality and innovative activities.
