Residents enjoy our assisted living community in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All 97 accommodations come standard with private baths, kitchenettes and an emergency call system. In memory care, residents can choose from one of our 28 studio or semiprivate apartments.

Throughout our community are numerous comfortably furnished lounge areas that are great spots for relaxing or socializing. Favorite films can be enjoyed in our TV lounge, while our library offers a healthy supply of reading material to browse through. Free WiFi is also available in the common areas.

Our activity programs support the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of our socially active residents. From educational classes to exercise to charitable partnerships with the community, our residents enjoy a life with meaning and purpose. We adapt activities for residents with disabilities or memory loss to ensure that all residents can participate.

Available Services

Regular housekeeping, laundry services and utilities including cable television are all covered under each resident's monthly rent. When in need of a perm or trim, we offer the convenience of beautician services in our on-site barber shop and beauty salon. Reserved parking is provided, and residents who no longer drive enjoy the added benefit of scheduled transportation services for personal appointments and shopping trips.

Here at Orchard Park, our seniors have access to a wide selection of care services. This might include receiving some guidance when managing medication, a helping hand with dressing or personal hygiene, assistance with mobility and a variety of other activities of daily living. Residents receiving memory care reside in a safe and homelike environment where special care is taken to tailor services to meet each individual's needs.
