Description of Citrus Pines Senior Living
- Managed by a team of Registered Nurses, CNAs, Med Techs, and Social Workers with 20+ years of experience combined in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility settings, providing Case Management, Hospice Care, Wound Care, Diabetic Care Management, and Caregiving.
- Individualized Care Plan for each resident.
- Owner-operated who lives in-house.
- 5-10 minutes away from Hospitals, Recreational Parks, Senior Centers, and Shopping Centers.
- Staff ratio of 1:3 with wake staff available 24/7.
- Accepts residents with Dementia (without behavioral problems).
- Can provide Diabetes and wound care management (up to Stage 2) (for an additional cost).
- Social activities are provided. Transportation and Medical Appointments (arrangement only), and Community Resources assistance are provided for free.
- Licensed for 3 Ambulatory, 2 Non-ambulatories, and 1 bedridden, and can accept 3 hospice residents.
- Prices are negotiable and subject to re-evaluation.
