Eskaton Village Carmichael is one of several communities owned by Eskaton. We are a nonprofit based in northern California and have over 45 years of experience caring for seniors and their families. Every day, we find inspiration in becoming part of our residents' extended family.

Joining our community doesn't mean you are giving up the freedom of home ownership, rather you are gaining the freedom of life! You don't have to worry about apartment maintenance because we handle that responsibility. Our apartments include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment has a full kitchen, in-suite climate control and an emergency call system. We also offer cottage-style homes, and all utilities are included except for phone.

You new home at Eskaton Village Carmichael includes many community amenities that create a home unlike any other. Our woodshop and art studio are where you can spend the afternoon working on a hobby. An indoor swimming pool means you can go swimming at any time. Our monthly activity calendar is filled with resident-driven outings and games that will have you laughing with friends and discovering new sights.

Because we are a continuing care community, you will receive the added benefit of health care services right on site. Our 24-hour staff is always available to provide the supportive assistance you require, and we customize the services you need so you can retain your independence for as long as possible.
