Canyon Trails was a pleasant place, and the staff was friendly. I had a good visit with them. The residents seemed happy and well taken care of. The spaces seemed good and it generally had an overall pleasant atmosphere. I saw the activity room where the residents could play cards, and there's a large open area in the back that's much larger than a patio. The dining room looked good.

So far, Canyon Trails has been very good. The facility is very nice and it’s been completely renovated. It's also economical compared to a lot of the other facilities. The staff seems to be well-trained and the manager is very helpful. The sales department lady, Laurie, is extremely helpful. It's an adjustment for my mom, but I'm comfortable that she's there. Overall, we're very happy and secure that she's being take care of and watched over. The food is excellent and they have all kinds of activities all the time. The great thing is they make sure that she gets out of the room. They make my mom get up and go to breakfast and lunch, and she's made friends there.
