Built on the panoramic and picturesque Springdale Golf Course, The Gardens at Arkanshire offers elegant living space with convenience, comfort and breathtaking scenery for you to enjoy. Marvel at the natural splendor of Beaver Lake, the Natural Falls State Park and the Historic War Eagle Mill and Bridge. The Gardens at Arkanshire is owned and operated by Holiday Retirement, a company that has provided comfort, security and a sense of belonging to retiring seniors since 1971. This is a concept we like to call “The Holiday Touch”.

I visited this facility
The Gardens at Arkanshire seemed like a pretty nice place. It's clean and well kept up. The residents seemed nice. The administration was very helpful. The rooms were about average sized and looked well kept. Everybody had a private little kitchenette and a bathroom. They had activities and regular visits to the local stores.
