Hazelwood Manor is located in the center of historic Scottsdale, Arizona. Our retirement community offers the comforts of home with simple maintenance-free living. With over 3,000 sq ft we are a licensed 10 resident care home with 10 private bedrooms and 4 baths, providing a safe and secure environment for your loved one.

At Hazelwood Manor, we're dedicated to providing quality assistance and comforts of home in a safe and secure environment by offering a high caregiver-to-resident ratio. Our staff is made up of trained and licensed English speaking caregivers per Arizona Department of Health Services. We maintain an on-site and staffed Licensed Nurse Manager. All rooms have private TVs, internet access and are both cable and telephone ready. All of our rooms are furnished with beds and modern furnishings.
