Brookdale Peoria (formerly known as Sterling House of Peoria) is an intimate community built to provide privacy, comfort and security. Our goal is to help residents remain as independent as possible, while at the same time being available to lend a helping hand when needed. We take the time to learn our residents' stories, histories and dreams.

From our landscaped grounds to our indoor fireplace, we offer plenty of comfortable seating areas and common spaces for our residents to sit back and relax. Our library offers reading material in a variety of formats, including large print books and the daily newspaper. Residents can share a game of cards in the activity room, or enjoy a private moment in our shaded courtyard.

Meals are served by our friendly and professional wait staff, and our private dining room is available for hosting special events with family and friends. We have accommodations in both studio and one-bedroom apartments, all of which feature basic cable, wall coverings and kitchenettes.

Available Services

Brookdale Peoria offers multi-level assisted living options. To do this, a personal assessment is combined with input from the resident to create a tailored service plan that meets the preferences and needs of each individual. This could include assistance with dressing, medication management, ambulation and other daily tasks. All residences are provided with weekly housekeeping and linen services, and personal laundry services are available upon request.
