I visited this facility
We visited Pleasant Villa, but it's too land-locked for me. It's difficult to get in there, especially if you go to visit other neighborhoods or travel at night by yourself. But the rooms that we saw there were very nice, and the community itself seems like a very nice place. It's in a quiet area and there's enough space. I saw the residents doing activities and playing Bingo while I was there. It would be a great place for somebody that doesn't go out and has no way to travel. I would recommend it to someone who has a sedate life, and that's not me.
