Beaverdale Estates is independent living. We need a place that has levels of care like assisted living, but they don't have them. It's pretty nice and we liked it, but we were concerned about mom needing further care in the future. She'd either have to have people come in to her room or she'd have to go to another place, and we don't want to move her again after we get this move done. The layout was nice. I would recommend it if somebody just needed a place where they could be independent, but have their meals served, and their laundry and housecleaning done. They do all of that there. They have cocktail hour, they were playing bongo drums when I was there, and they have a lot of things going on. The food was good.

I visited Beaverdale Estates, and I think its fine. The community has friendly clients and friendly people. I stayed there once for two days, and the rooms they had were big and fine. The food was wonderful, and the staff members were also wonderful. If you have a problem they fix it.

We visited Beaverdale Estates, and it was great. They were fine, but they did not have the exact thing my friend needed. The residents seemed happy and friendly, and I was greeted by different residents as I walked around. I met a couple of the staff who were friendly and accommodating.

Beaverdale Estates is a nice place. The staff is responsive, warm, and inviting. They also constantly have activities like Bingo and bean bag toss. They knew that a lot of the residents couldn't go to the fair so they brought the fair to them. We got an efficiency apartment with a small refrigerator and a full bath.

I toured Beaverdale Estates, the dining hall seemed very nice, and it was a nice place. They couldn't cook in their units, and they only have a microwave. It was a very good experience. All the people were eating in the dining room when we were there. It was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was very nice. The staff had a very positive attitude, she was very friendly, and answered any question you had. However, it was old, and they didn't have some of the things senior homes had.

My visit at Beaverdale Estates was very pleasant. They told me what they have, what would benefit me, and what it would cost. The rooms I saw there were adequate. They provide food, and they also do group activities for the residents and things like that. I like that the community is conveniently located and close to businesses, so if I choose to go shopping, or have to get something, the location is nice.
