The small-town feel at Fairhaven Senior Living comes in part from the many convenient amenities we provide on site, including a beauty salon/barber shop, library, Whitewater Aquatic Center and a mini-mart. Our accommodations are available in patio homes, along with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that feature individually controlled heating and cooling, cable television, private baths and stunning views of our breathtaking grounds.

All meals are chef-prepared and served in the Skylight Dining Room three times a day. Fun and engaging activities are regularly scheduled throughout the week and include bingo, Saturday night social hours, dog treat making and bridge. Our campus also features a resident garden, a game room with a pool table, and bocce ball areas.

Available Services

When a resident is in need of an extra helping hand, he/she can transition to our assisted living neighborhood which offers assisted living and healthcare services in a dignified setting. Assistance with dressing, grooming, medication management and other daily tasks is available. Memory care is available at our Hearthstone neighborhood.

All residences at Fairhaven Senior Living receive weekly housekeeping services, while assisted living residents receive linen services, which alleviates the hassle of household chores. Also included in the monthly fee are all utilities, except for phone and Internet, on-site maintenance and usage of the wellness center and spa.
