Emerald Bay Assisted Living and Memory offers spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with cozy kitchens and personal bathrooms with walk-in showers. Apartments are bright and airy with lovely views. Common areas include craft, activity and baking room, beauty shop, media and chapel lounge, bistro, fireplace, gardens, patios, and a gorgeous dining room with spectacular views of local wildlife.

Our trained staff are available 24-hours per day to assist with personal care such as medication administration and monitoring, bathing, dressing, incontinence, ambulation, transfers, and assistance with other activities of daily living. We specialize in chronic issues such as Diabetes, Parkinson's Disease, colostomy care, etc.

Emerald Bay's team consists of an executive director, administrative assistant, activity & social directors, registered nurse, dietary supervisor & kitchen staff, personal care assistants, housekeepers and maintenance personnel.

Residents of Emerald Bay live in apartments with private baths, are served three home cooked meals daily, enjoy the convenience of housekeeping and linen service, and participate in daily social and recreational activities while receiving assistance with personal care and medications. Assistance with the following tasks of daily living is provided:

With 24-hour staffing and access to a licensed nurse, our community offers peace of mind with care plans tailored to individual needs. Residents also have their choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Depending on the level of care desired, residents have many services available to them - from medication reminders and administration to special nutritional counseling and escort and transfer assistance. Medication administration and bathing, dressing and grooming assistance also can be requested so residents can maintain their dignity in the privacy of their well-appointed apartment homes.

Brookview Meadows

Rest assured that with our spacious grounds, private rooms and caring staff, your loved one will be living in a quality, comfortable, home-like environment. Wyndemere Estate offers three separate and independent homes (one 20-bed and one 16-bed home which are Alzheimer/Dementia specific and one 12-bed for the physically disabled), each specifically designed for dementia and Alzheimers' patients. Each home comes with a common sitting area, a dining area for meals provided by kitchen staff, and private, fully-furnished rooms with an exterior window and half-bath. Families can provide favorite furniture or other items as they wish, and in fact we encourage you to help us make Wyndemere Estate your loved one's new home.

With our specially-trained staff, and high staff-to-resident ratio, we are flexible enough to meet any and all of our residents' needs. We staff a Registered Nurse who monitors all medications, LPNs and CNAs for 24-hour care, and full kitchen and housekeeping staff to keep our facility as clean as possible. Simply put, we pride ourselves on hiring caring people to help make this stage of life transition as easy and worry-free as possible for both residents and families.
