A newly constructed facility located in Rio Wisconsin, At Home Again is a simple yet beautiful facility that is surrounded by scenic and great outdoor view. It is a great community that provides rich amenities for comfort and home like environment.

At Home Again quality-crafted assisted living environments focus on our resident's needs; helping them meet new people while receiving the care they need. We help our residents continue living their lives to the fullest, with assistance.

Featured Amenities

Our beautiful community offers studio apartments and one bedroom apartments that has its own in suite bathroom and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. All apartments are spacious, senior friendly, well ventilated and abundant of natural light.

For the safety of our residents we have Emergency call system in each apartment to ensure residents get help when they need it. The building is monitored and has a security with surveillance system to ensure the security of our community. For your peace of mind we also have on-site storm shelter.

Available Services

Residents can rest assured that they are getting the best care they deserve. Our staff are awake and available 24 hours for access in assistance and care whenever needed. Our caring staff can assist you in medication management, personal care and assistance in daily activities.

We provide weekly housekeeping and laundry services to keep the apartments and facility well maintained and clean. Meals are served three times a day for healthy and well balanced diet. We also have a lot of activities to keep our residents busy, active and healthy.
