Emerald Bay's team consists of an executive director, administrative assistant, activity & social directors, registered nurse, dietary supervisor & kitchen staff, personal care assistants, housekeepers and maintenance personnel.

Residents of Emerald Bay live in apartments with private baths, are served three home cooked meals daily, enjoy the convenience of housekeeping and linen service, and participate in daily social and recreational activities while receiving assistance with personal care and medications.
