Brookdale La Crosse was nice. I like it because it's one level. I came in contact with three people that were just super nice. I knew somebody that worked there before and she was always extremely nice. It's very clean. They explained the activities and the food, and they said they would be very accommodating for my loved one because of all of his food allergies. The staff that I encountered was super nice and they had good follow-up. Everything was so nice, clean, it smelled good, and it looked really good.
