This senior apartment complex offers one- and two-bedroom apartments to individuals over the age of 55 who meet income guidelines. Several floor-plan styles are available, including ones with fully furnished kitchens and in-unit laundry facilities. On-site resident services and programs that include education and community-engagement opportunities are provided by the management.

Storage lockers are among this retirement communities many amenities. Residents can keep one pet that weighs a maximum of 20 lbs.
