A beautiful one level assisted living community that is surrounded with lush green trees and meticulously manicured lawn that takes pride in providing home like environment and encourages resident’s families to be part of our community is Wellington Place of Fort Atkinson.
Wellington Place at Fort Atkinson is a 20-bed CBRF facility located on 1.1 acres of land in the city of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. We are situated on the banks of the Rock River. We are pleased to offer an atmosphere where residents and families feel comfortable and at home. Come by and visit the facility and its beautiful indoor and outdoor areas.
Featured Amenities
Our community is a 20 bed community on an 11 acre property and offers a variety of floor plans that are spacious and well appointed. All homes comes with its own private bath, kitchenette, large windows with a nice view and emergency call systems to keep our residents safe.
We have a beautiful living room with a gorgeous fireplace where residents read a good book from our own library. Our beautiful garden provides tranquility and rejuvenation. Each residents also have their own mailboxes for their privacy.
Available Services
Our staff are highly trained and takes pride in providing compassionate care to our residents. They are on the community 24 hours a day and help residents with medication management, eating, grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting. We also help residents with the laundry, housekeeping and maintenance of their homes.
Daily activities are planned and scheduled daily to provide fun and keep residents socially engaged. Residents are served with three delicious home cooked meals that are nutritionally balanced. Transportation services is readily available if residents need to do an errand or got to their doctor’s appointment.
