Untrained staff that are imlatient with residents. The food is never fresh, undercooked and you feel like you are in a cheap cantine. I have seen ants on the breakfast food and frozen chicken breast served to an assisted living resident. Front desk personnel are rude and are on their cell phones laughing most of the day not paying any attention to the residents. I found food leftovers in the hallway that was there for more than 24 hours!!! Personnel use empty apartments to hang out and sometimes take naps in there, nowhere to be found. This place is overpriced for what they offer. Privat apartments, cottages, are not fixed when roof flys off or windows full of dirt. They are understaffed and staffed with students without experience.
