Description of Integrity Care

Integrity Care is nestled in the quiet Starcrest suburb of Vancouver, Washington. Seniors living here have easy access to public transportation and a variety of nearby churches. The scenic Vancouver Lake Lookout is only minutes away and provides open green spaces that are perfect for walks.

This memory care facility is staffed around the clock by compassionate caregivers, and a registered nurse visits regularly. Residents can also access visiting speech, occupational and physical therapists. The secure facility accepts seniors with behavioral issues or who are prone to wandering due to memory loss. Hospice, respite and diabetic care are available, and American Sign Language-speaking staff is on-site.

Residents of this small community can spend time in the TV lounge, or socialize in the family-style dining room where three nutritious meals are provided daily. This fully wheelchair-accessible facility also has outdoor common areas, where seniors can take in the fresh air. Residents can also participate in on-site devotional services and a variety of planned activities.
