Apartments come with modern kitchens or kitchenettes, walk-in showers or tubs, self-controlled heating and air conditioning, and basic cable TV. Many units also feature private patios or balconies. For those seeking extra space, cottages are available.

The all-inclusive monthly rent covers three freshly prepared meals served daily in the community's restaurant-style dining room, as well as housekeeping, linen services, and scheduled transportation around Richmond.
