My mom moved into Heritage Oaks, and she seems to like it a lot. She really does seem to be very happy with the place. I think she's pretty happy with the food, she's been kind of getting adjusted, she hasn't spent as much time there as she would like.

Heritage Oaks was very lovely and fabulous, but the location didn't work. It was too far out. Everybody was friendly. It was large.

My mother is doing fine at The Towers. She likes it. Her room is clean and well kept. The staff members seem to care and they do what they can for her. They do some crafts, they make jewelry out of clay, and they play Bingo. The food is edible. They have a library and a garden which she will be utilizing soon.

The Towers was very nice and very well kept. They're currently in the process of updating more rooms. The room we looked at was really very spacious compared to what my friend is living in now. It has three closets and enough room to put a sofa, tables, a couple extra chairs, a bed, a dresser, and a chest. It was quite nice and a little cheaper than other placees, but well managed. We saw a lot of things going on. The staff was very friendly. We were really impressed with the dining area, the linen clothes and napkins, the flowers on the table, and waiters weatring bowties and white shirts. He likes very formal kind of settings like that. It's an older building, so they've done a lot of renovations in the last year. The halls were a little narrow, but the rooms were a nice size. The carpet had just been redone in one room. The other room that was a couple hundred dollars less expensive had the exact same layout except they had tile in the kitchen area instead of carpeting. I was surprised to see a refrigerator, which was almost full-sized, and a stove, but we're going to have that removed. The place had a slightly higher ceiling and they had bright colors in the foyer, the carpeting, and the walls.
