Holiday Virginian offers all-inclusive independent living for older adults in a setting rich with natural beauty and a vibrant cultural scene in Richmond, Virginia.

This retirement community provides spacious apartments in studio, alcove, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Apartments come with modern kitchens or kitchenettes, walk-in showers or tubs, self-controlled heating and air conditioning, and basic cable TV. Many units also feature private patios or balconies. For those seeking extra space, cottages are available.

The all-inclusive monthly rent covers three freshly prepared meals served daily in the community's restaurant-style dining room, as well as housekeeping, linen services, and scheduled transportation around Richmond. Residents can enjoy on-site features including a theater, a private dining room, a fitness area, a cozy bistro, a large-screen TV lounge, a library, and a game room. Pets are welcome.

The community's Engage Life® program offers residents a rotating monthly schedule of recreational, educational, and social activities, including day trips to local attractions.

Each resident receives a Lively® Mobile Plus GPS device for 24/7 access to emergency support services both inside and outside the community. For additional care, on-site physical and occupational therapy is available from Legacy Healthcare Services for an added fee.

Holiday Virginian's location offers easy access to Midlothian Medical Care, CVS Pharmacy, and Chesterfield Towne Center's shopping and dining. Nearby options for outings include Jack Brown's Beer and Burger Joint, Blanchard's café, the Byrd Theater, and Firehouse Theater.

Renovations at Holiday Virginian were completed in 2024.
