The Arbors at Shelburne is really beautiful and surrounded by a wooded area and a farm. The setting is beautiful and the building itself is very well-maintained. They have a fenced-off area to keep the residents safe from wandering off that looks beautiful. The staff is amazing. They have something like five or six residents per staff member. What I like about it was that there's a lot of interaction among the residents and the staff. I also really like that the rooms are open. So people interact all the time, and it's not just the staff and residents but also the visitors. It's a very welcoming and warm place. I love the food. I had a couple of meals that were very good. The only drawback is that it's very expensive. It's not more expensive than other memory care communities, but it's pricey. The staff is wonderful. There's all kinds of varied activities that are very good.
