Description of The Homestead

Opened in 2008, The Homestead offers beautiful and upscale patio homes for lease to active seniors. Located in Waco immediately next to the Providence Hospital campus, just off the Hwy 6 corridor, The Homestead is a quiet group of 21 patio homes that offers secure and independent living without the burden of home ownership and upkeep. Each lease we offer is all inclusive and includes all utilities. All you pay is your monthly rent.

Our homes are very spacious and include many extras but the biggest asset we have are the people themselves. Being a small complex, we have the advantage of being able to offer an environment similar to your "old neighborhood." You will be surrounded by people who interact together and enjoy each other's company. It's not unusual to see many of the residents visiting together and having coffee in the clubhouse.
