I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
It's awful. The staff were rude. No one answers the phones in the evenings. I found out first hand because I saw the nurse coming from being outside on her cell phone. I had my father transported to a hospital against their consent. Turns out he was given excess sleeping medicine, I guess so he wouldn't bother the staff and his groin area was so raw from him not being changed often or allowed to sit in his feces for an extended period of time. Makes me sick just thinking how helpless my father was and these people didn't help him.
