If you need some basic help such as medication reminders, you can utilize a third-party home health care provider who already tends to a number of our residents. This allows you to only pay for the services you need.

Our community is FULLY secured Memory Care. All our exit doors will not open unless you have a code, no matter how hard you try to press open the door.

I like to think of our community as a house with a handful of rooms. We have the house feel with having a man cave and she shed where special activities can happen. We also have a Media room and a living room. So, it's just one large house that has a LARGE family inside!

Our community is set up as a large circle with 4 â€œwingsâ€ that are at each corner of the building. The â€œwingsâ€ each have a different name just to help our residents remember what hall theirs is We have Harbor, Western, Flowers, and music. We have two separate dining rooms to help not to over stimulate each of our residents we do not have assigned seating, but our residents tend to sit in the same spot each meal. We have three beautiful court yards two of which the residents can't access without supervision just because they open to the parking lot. But we do have our middle court that residents are able to go out to any time of day.

We have a wide range of ages and levels here. We have the range of 62-96. We have high functioning residents that still have keys to their own rooms but then we also have the lower functioning residents. 

Our price is all included, and we are also an age in place. So, let's say right now your loved only has three medications but then needs 15 pills it is still the same with no additional charge. This could also go with if they are continent now but become incontinent it does not add a price for toileting assistance, same with showering. 


This all-inclusive price would include :

<li>Showering: doesn't matter how many times or how much assistance </li>
<li>Dressing assistance </li>
<li>Laundry gets completed on showering days no limit as to how much laundry is needed to be washed. </li>
<li>Weekly house keeping </li>
<li>Daily bed making and daily trash removal </li>
<li>LVN Nurse on call 24/7 but in house during normal business hours RN available through our LVN for guidance. </li>
<li>We have train staffed 24/7 in the community we do not have agency in the building and every single person that is allowed to work with or around residents must get a 10-hour training course on the behavior and how to redirect our residents. </li>
<li>3 meals a day (8,12,5) 3 snacks a day (10,2,7) </li>
<li>Basic cable TV hook up / WIFI </li>
<li>All utilities except telephone </li>
<li>Ability to participate in any of our â€œRHYTHM OF THE DAYâ€ program led by our certified Activity director. </li>
</ul>

<li>We have a doctor who can see Tom here at the community, so you don't have to arrange transportation to and from appointments </li>
<li>We have a podiatrist who visit our residents every 6 weeks </li>
<li>We have a beautician on site </li>
<li>We have a physical therapist on site in case they needs strength building.</li>

The Heritage House is a boutique assisted living home with 5 locations in the metroplex. We devote ourselves to caring for the whole person; mind, body, and heart. We are a small licensed residential care home fostering the feeling of family. Our caregivers are certified dementia caregivers, so that we provide memory care and all care needs regardless of the stage of life. Our services include all custodial care needs, as well as, all activities of daily living (ADLs). Visiting Physicians and Nurses provide optimum care as outlined in a multi-disciplinary care plan. Additional services include: Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy; mobile x-ray and lab; mobile dentistry and Podiatry to name a few. We pride ourselves in caring for the needs of the family when we are able; so just ask if you have a special request.
