Our spacious accommodations are available in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans with a variety of sizes and layouts. All private residences feature a handy kitchenette, private bathroom and in-suite climate control. Your small pet is also welcome to join you in your new home.

At Ventura Place, we are committed to providing a truly all-inclusive retirement experience, allowing you to enjoy complimentary meals, housekeeping, linen changing, home and grounds maintenance, and shuttle service for one affordable monthly fee. Our live-in managers are also available day and night to assist you with anything you might need.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

I visited this facility

I've been to Ventura Place place before so I already had an idea, but it looked like a good community. They have a lot of activities for the residents, and it's good for the people that can still get around, though my dad is not one of those. The apartment I saw was pretty good, and according to the person showing me the place they have good food. The staff member who accommodated me during my tour was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We chose Ventura Place for my mother because it's very nice and the price was good. The staff is really good and helpful. I have no problems with them. The food is provided.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My sister is a resident of Ventura Place. She loves it. They have entertainment that comes in a couple times a week, and they play games and so on. Some of the amenities are a beauty shop and barber shop, a little store, and church services on Sundays. They change the bed once a week, do light housekeeping, and serve three meals every day. If she needs to see her doctor, she can drive or they take her. The food is also wonderful there.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My sister is at Ventura Place, and it's really homey. It had wide hallways, handrails, the dining room was gorgeous, and the atrium let in light. She likes the fact that she had her own little patio, and covered parking. The staff was helpful, they provide amenities, and they serve 3 meals a day.
