Most clients requesting in-home care already have an idea what services they'd like to receive, or have worked with a health care professional whom has made recommendations.
At ComForcare, our Registered Nurses work with the client, family and other health care professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan for our caregivers to follow. This ensures that the needs of the client and family are fulfilled during the provision of services. ComForcare offers a wide range of service options to its clients, stemming from companion care to hands-on personal care to just transportation.
Following are just a few of the services we provide:
- Bathing
- Grooming/Hygiene
- Transfers
- Range of Motion
- Medication Reminders
- Safety Supervision
- Laundry
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Errands/Transportation
