Description of The Texan House
The Texan House is located in the historic town of Boerne, TX. Seniors and their visitors can explore all this small town has to offer, such as numerous parks, a movie theater, restaurants and quaint shops. San Antonio is just a short drive away, where residents have access to all the amenities of a large metro, including medical facilities and specialists.
The Texan House is an independent living community on a Texas hill country ranch estate surrounded by towering trees. Seniors can choose from different accommodation options, including a room in the renovated stables or one-bedroom suites in the ranch house. Residents can maintain their independence while making use of services provided by on-site staff, such as laundry, housekeeping and home-cooked meals. Respite stays are available from a single night to long-term.
Four acres of landscaped gardens with a swimming pool and hot tub offer seniors plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The Texan House is pet-friendly, and there is a dog run on the grounds. Residents can make use of the ranch house dining and living room for entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
